All items can be refunded within 14 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If your refund is approved, credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment promptly.

XYZ Cases will also credit the customer's account for a purchase whose order was not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.

In a case of a missing package(s) on orders placed, we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment promptly. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. It is your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.
